Our buyback service is a straightforward advance against valuables with an extremely convenient repayment option.
So here’s how the service works:

We will inspect your item to assess its condition, market value, and demand, and then agree on a valuation. We will then create a customer account for you in our database.

We'll give you cash for your item, with the guarantee to get it back when you repay the advance within the contracted period.

After 28 days (or less), you can pay back the agreed amount plus a redemption fee. You may extend for another 28 days by paying the redemption fee alone.

Once you have repaid the agreed amount and the redemption fee, the item is yours again, and can be used to obtain an advance from us again at any time if you desire.

If you are unable to pay within the agreed time, and just need a few more days, you can ask for an extra 3 day hold (fees apply).
