You have 28 days from the date you decide to place your item on buyback . After 28 days, you have three options: repurchase your item for the original amount plus buyback fee, extend your buyback for an additional fee, or forfeit the item to SOS Quality Used Goods.

Don’t let finances hold you back! Our layaway system lets you secure your desired item now and pay it off comfortably. Enjoy 4 weeks for items under £100, 8 weeks for items over £100, and custom plans for higher-priced items.

Clear Rates, Clear Choices: Our standard fee is 32.5% on top of the buyback amount. For example, a £100 buyback means paying £132.50 to reclaim your item or just £32.50 to extend for 28 days. For buybacks exceeding £400, we offer a reduced rate of 22.5%

Generally, we offer up to ⅓ of an item’s value for buybacks and up to ½ as a maximum. However, these figures can vary depending on several factors. Highly valuable items and those in limited stock within our collection may command higher offers, ensuring a mutually beneficial transaction.

You can extend your item as many times as you want!

To join our system, simply provide your email, phone number, and address. For verification, we require two forms of ID: one with a photo (e.g., passport, driver’s license) and one proving your current address (e.g., utility bill, tax letter). We’ll quickly take photos of your ID and yourself for security purposes (rest assured, everything is confidential!), and then you’re all set to use our buyback and buy-in services anytime!
